Kansas Christian Home is excited to welcome six new team members to new leadership positions to further the mission and commitment to 5-star senior care and quality of life.
Tiffani Mead joined the KCH team as an administrative assistant and has since grown into the Business Office Manager and Social Services Director, serving as liaison between residents and community partners as they return home after their skilled (short-term) stays at KCH. Tiffani hopes to “promote change by being a friendly face that they can count on to be an advocate for them.”
Megan Hoyt has moved from an administrative assistant to Director of Human Resources after joining the KCH team in 2022. Her goal is to have “staff who are happy to be here [because] residents can tell when people are unhappy to [work at KCH].
Cory Friesen joined the KCH team in 2017 as a floor technician and has always aimed to “put in the time to learn every little detail about the buildings and the way the systems work.” Now as the Healthcare Maintenance Supervisor, Cory continues to stay committed to providing top-notch customer service to residents while providing a safe and comfortable living space.
Tyler Martinez has a varied food service background and brings all of that experience to creating a great dining experience for KCH residents. “My favorite part of working at KCH would definitely be visiting with residents and listening to them share stories from their life experiences.”
Sean Mead is an Army veteran who recently joined our administrative services team with a background in small business management. “I hope I can personally make residents a little happier and put a smile on their faces each and every day.”
Leon Larouche joins the KCH maintenance team with 20 years of experience and enjoys the fact that every day is something new and different. “Everyone has been really nice to me and welcomed me in and treated me as part of the team,” and he is dedicated to making sure independent living residents’ homes are taken care of to the best of his abilities.
